Here are some basic instructions for a great pour over

  1. Warm up dripper and coffee cup with 8 ounces boiling water

  2. Grind 14 grams freshly roasted coffee (about 2 tablespoons)

  3. Empty warmed cup; insert paper or metal filter. Add ground coffee.
